i need speed in a car. my dad has a nissan xterra that i could buy from him and its fairly quick for an suv but most of its acceleration happens at the higher RPMs in that car. so i figure if i could bring power to the lower rpms by putting in a super charger it could go from a 7.5 second car 0-60 to about a 6 plus some other upgrades that i may put on it.
my other option is just getting a used mustang GT or 350Z but i would be paying more since i could buy my dads xterra for cheap. probably less than 15 grand.
Whats the best way to do this? Have our corporation buy a 6000lb+ truck to get the $25K plus 20% depreciation for 5 years, OR should I buy it personally then LEASE it to my corporation? Assume I meet all the section 170 tests, and assume I gross 100K a year personally. If we do NOT want to track miles, whats the best option? Finally if the corporation leases the vehicle, must/ should the vehicle have commercial vehicle insurance to qualify for either option above?
I am trying to make my pick to buy a used car but i find very hard to choose from three cars above. As I have researched and found three of them in mid 30000 miles in price range of $16000 for nissan, $18000 for X3 and for Infiniti Fx $20000 What would you pic imagine you can afford either one.
I need to pick one for a reason so give me a reasonable reason to pick one ?
The car is in nice condition and I will probably get it as my first car but I hate the nasty orange color that my brother baught it in and i would like to paint it a different color. how much do you think it would cost ?
I am currenlty working for an insurance company that specializes in insurance for commercial accounts. I’m the receptionist so I really don’t do much. I would like to take on more responsibility but here you do not get respect without a liscense. My boss will pay for my classes but I don’t know the first thing about insurance. From what I hear we deal with general liability, fiduciary liability, d&o, life, commercial auto, and workers comp. Also we have a dental department. Before I go into my classes I would like to know the basics is there a place online that can help me, or a book I can pick up somewhere? Thanks for the help guys.
I am planning to trade in my 2000 Nissan Altima for a SUV. I was thinking something like the TAHOE but a Bit smaller. But I want the third row seating. (Need more room) Any suggestions would be great!
I own a 2003 Toyota Corolla CE. My car insurance is moderately expensive, and I’ve been told that installing an alarm system would help lower my insurance. But I don’t want a cheap alarm that can be easily set off by someone’s sound system.
He bought old magazines for $250 yesterday and told me today.
We have $25,000 debt on 5 credit cards and barely pay minimum every month. We’re 2 months behind on all utility bills and haven’t payed car insurance and smog check, so we’ve been driving with bad tag for 2 months.
Our house insurance was expired last week, too.
We’re not able to pay any of those.
We were supposed to pay the mortgage yesterday and he spent money on old bike magazines instead!
He says magazines are collectible and worth $1,000 so he would sell them.
But I don’t believe him because he bought 4 classic cars and several dirk bikes before and told me he was going to sell, and they’re sitting at the house over 3 years now.
He bought a lot stuff other than cars, but hasn’t sold anything.
He says one of his client is supposed to pay him some money tomorrow so he’d pay the mortgage with that money. But even if we pay the mortgage we still have too many bills to pay.
I got mad and told him he shouldn’t spent $250 on magazines right now so return those magazines and get money back, but he refuse it.
Would you let your husband or wife spend that kind of money when you have financial problems?
